Local artist Adelaide Macpherson invites you to come explore the art form of printing at her studio in Bruthen.

Adelaide is running a series of printmaking workshops suitable for beginners and for the more experienced artists to enjoy.  The series of one day workshops include, linocut relief printing, dry point etching on plastic plates, copperplate etching and introduction to monoprints techniques.

Venue: Bruthen Studio (private residence), 113 Dukes Road Bruthen

Times: 9.30 am – 2.30 or 3pm.

Andrea will teach participants how to create a Klimt inspired pattern using polymer clay in their colour choice, size and style.   They will then assemble a brooch and bake it, ready to take home.

A sculpture Installation made from both contemporary and traditional materials and techniques, including kangaroo skins, basket grass, perspex, lighting, hot wire burning and upholstery.  A collaborative work by East Gippsland artists Frances Harrison, Lennie Hayes, Catherine Larkins.

Grass sculpture by expert weaver Elaine Terrick brings an ancient Aboriginal technique into a contemporary realm.
